一、 使用范圍 Application

  適用于（非）金屬礦、陶瓷、玻璃、耐火材料、磨料磨具等行業干、濕物料不同粒度的分級和分離。

This product, with function of grading and separating dry and wet material, can be applied in a variety of settings: non-metallic and metallic mineral, ceramics, glass, refractories, abrasives industries etc.

二、 工作原理及技術特點 Working principle and technological features

l 滾筒裝置傾斜安裝于機架上。電機經減速機與滾筒裝置通過聯軸器聯接在一起，驅動滾筒裝置繞其軸線轉動。當物料進入滾筒裝置后，由于滾筒裝置的傾斜與轉動，使篩面上的物料翻轉與滾動，合格物料(篩下產品)經滾筒底部的出料口排出，不合格物料（篩上產品）經滾筒尾部的排料口排出。

l 由于物料在滾筒內的翻轉、滾動，使卡在篩孔中的物料可被彈出，防止篩孔堵塞。

l 結構簡單、維護方便、運行平穩，噪音低。

l 篩分筒可封閉，易于密封收塵。

l Roller device is mounted obliquely on the rack. Motor is connected with roller device by reducer and shaft coupling, and the driving roller rotates around its axis. When the material enters the roller device, the roller device tilting and rotating, so the material on the screen surface flip and roll, qualified materials (under the screen mesh) discharge from the outlet that at the bottom of roller; Disqualified materials (on the screen mesh) discharge from tail outlet.
